1. Consultation
and free quote: during the initial interview we will determine
what information and services you want to deploy on the Internet and
provide you a "firm" price for our services. Although most websites
fit within a standard pricing range, more complex features such as
virtual storefronts with on-line shopping and database integration may
require further analysis with project estimates.

2. Domain Name
Registration: We will help you find an available domain name (i.e.
www.mycompany.com) for your organization and register it.

3. Website
Hosting: If you do not have a web host, we will find a home for
your website. At the same time, we will register the domain name,
configure your site and activate your email accounts.

4. Site Design:
We will work with you to determine the "look" you want and create an
operational prototype that will help us to collaborate to achieve the
finished design.

5. Web Page
Development: You tell us what you want to say and we will build
the HTML-based web pages in accordance with the site design. During
this process updates will be posted to your site for approval. We will
be ready for visitors only when you are completely comfortable with
the final website version.

6. Search Engine
Indexing: During this phase we list your site on search engines
and link lists, including Altavista, Snap, Excite, Lycos, etc. We
employ techniques and tools that will help your site to be indexed
higher on the major search engines. This will increase the number of
potential customers who visit your site.

7. Maintenance:
We recognize that your website will continue to evolve over time and
changes will occur, especially in the first year. So, we provide a
free 1 year maintenance agreement. This gives you 1 hour of our time
per month to make website changes for you. Additional time will be
billed at $45 per hour. If you decide that you would like to make the
changes yourself then we will assist you. We use Microsoft FrontPage ®
for website development and maintenance. From "day one" you will have
access to your site with Microsoft FrontPage.
